Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Here's a shrimp recipe for the grill.

BACON WRAPPED SHRIMP

1 lb. of raw cleaned and deveined shrimp (26-30 count)
1 bottle of Grey Poupon Italienne Vinaigrette Dressing or Wishbone Zesty Italian Dressing
1 lb. of MAPLE flavored bacon
Brown Sugar
Long wood skewers

Cut MAPLE flavored bacon strips in half. Wrap 1/2 strip around each shrimp. Slide bacon wrapped shrimp onto skewers. Place in a shallow dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Cover with Italian dressing. Refrigerate for 4 hrs. Any longer and the acid in the dressing will start cooking the shrimp. Grill til bacon crisps. At my parties these go down like popcorn.
 
Thanks for the recipe but what I am really looking for is low Smoked.
 
I pulled a recipe off the web and used it with great success
the only diff was making a dressing from dijon and balsamic vin
 
Tony, a friend of mine uses this exact recipe, and it is delicious! Nice work! Of course, any recipe with "bacon-wrapped" in the title is bound to be good...
