Favorite dressing for grilled salad

Hey all, it's been a while. I would like to experience my first grilled salad this weekend and I was wondering what could be the perfect dressing for it. I'm searching for idea.
Thanks

Assuming you are grilling Romaine, I like to spray it liberally with an EVOO spray before cooking. Off the grill I douse it with juice from a lemon and then season with sea salt and black pepper. I also have a garlic grater that I use sometimes. It's very simple, but really good.

I like to drizzle some 25 year old balsamic and lemon flavored olive oil. Simple but delicious.

Don't forget potato salad. I parboil (about 3/4ths done) then quarter or halve (depending on the size of the potatoe) and brown all sides. Then a good vinaigrette dressing makes things "all better"...

Bobby Flay has some good recipes...

Just a thought...
