I smoked two briskets this weekend (12 lb. & 9 lb.) over hickory. One was rubbed in Montreal Steak seasoning and the other was rubbed with a red, spicy, southwestern-style rub I hooked up at the house.

Overall, it was a great weekend. Got some fluke fishing in and spent the weekend with family.
