Mango Salsa

2 fresh mangos, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
2 Serrano chilies, diced
>1 banana, diced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon Cumin
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl. Place 2/3 of the salsa into a blender or food processor and pulse five or six times then fold back into the salsa. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
