, I'll ask the following question: Has anyone ever made a circular rib rack for the WSM? I'm envisioning something the same diameter as the cooking grate (maybe a little smaller, to avoid the wall of heat that comes up around the sides of the smoker), with concentric circles, with spaces between them that would allow you to put several racks of ribs end-to-end around the outer circle, and the next circle in, and so on. Or, one long, spiral groove that starts out the same diameter as the cooking grate, and gets smaller as it goes toward the center. Imagine attaching several racks of ribs end to end, then rolling them in a loose spiral - the rack would be shaped to hold that big spiral of ribs.

Hey Larry, *grate* idea! I will take two. Maybe an optional liner and lid so that after smoking in the open, could move ribs into liner, add liquid then seal.

Anthony,

A copyright on Semi-Circle might stick, but as for a patent, Larry can lay claim "prior art". You missed your shot by one day.
