    Like everyone, this was tough for me. I started to pick cow, but then (again, like others) thought about all the different ways I can enjoy a hog. When you get down to it, beef is beef, much as I love it. But pork takes on such a variety of different character depending on how it is prepared. Pig for me.

    Much as I like pork, it was a toss up between beef and chicken.
    I let the chicken win....

    But I like variety, and I want it all!!!!

    Pig - followed closely by chicken. Beef is just a bit too heavy for daily consumption - for me anyway.
