I am looking for an address to order a copy of the Sausage Making Secrets book by Charlie Kote, et. al. I had the address somewhere but lost it and I guess the book is out of print. Can anyone help me? thanks.

That's the right book, thanks, guys, but they list for $39 on Amazon-in the back of the book there is an address to send for one for $14.95, so I was hoping someone would have a copy they could look at and give me the address.
