Can someone please give me the conversion of the walmart brand kosher salt to the Diamond Crystal Kosher salt. How does one figure this out, by weighing the two? How much does a cup of Diamond Crystal Kosher salt weigh? Lastly, how do people choose their table and kosher salts? Why would I choose Diamond Crystal over Morton, or Morton over the Walmart brand? What's the difference? Thanks in advance for all the answers.
