Just out of curiosity...besides the very excellent "official" videos which Chris has put up on YouTube...are there any others among us who have videos of their WSMs?
 
My wife already thinks I'm crazy because I take pics of my food before, during and after the cook. I can only imagine what she'd think if I videotaped it as well. Hmmm, I might have to look into getting the camera out for my next cook. My curiosity is piqued.

Glad I'm not the only one...
 
my wife thinks i am crazy for doing that also. but she seems to like my cooking and even got me a camera for christmas so i would stop taking hers for food pictures...
