Mail order spices and herbs

Living in Alaska, you buy spices and herbs in the small bottles and at dear prices. Most every rub recipe starts with at least 1/4 cup paprika. Do the readers of this board have recommendations as to sources for spices and herbs via the internet/mail order?

You've got 2 Costco's and 2 Sam's Clubs in Anchorage. I'd check there for basic stuff like paprika, although I think they're carrying fewer individual herbs/spices these days in lieu of pre-mixed spice blends.

In addition to Penzey's (I spend $500/year there--at least) here are a few others I'd recommend as well: The Spice House, Sweet Freedom for some chilies, World Spice (don't miss their Worcestershire powder), Mountain Rose, for esoterica and essential oils.
