Thread: Jerky on the WSM....

    Thought I would throw my questions out there also. Is there anywhere that shows pictures of how to arrange the jerky on the grate with the toothpicks or skewers or whatever? Having a hard time picturing. In addition, what is Tender Quick and do I need it in my mix? Some recipes have and some don't.

    Where can you buy those extruded aluminum trays that Kevi uses on his jerky page? I googled them but no luck.....

    I've seen them at places where they sell grill stuff, I think they are called 'grill toppers' they are usually pretty cheap and meant to be disposable but in this application I think they can be re-used.
