Flame question on restored E-320 (2007)

I just purchased a barely used 2007 Genesis E-320 NG. I am converting it to a LP. I took everything apart and cleaned every part. Fuel rails are clean and clear. I installed the new manifold. But my flame seems weak. Should you be able to see flame coming around the flavorizer bars? On mine I can't see the flame. Have not been able to see what temp I'm getting up to, because my thermometer has not arrived yet.

you should not see flames coming out around the bars. what do the flames look like ?

About 3/4 blue flame, 1/4 yellow/orange.

My max temp after 15 min on high is only getting to 525* my thermometer goes to 700+. Shouldn't I be able to go higher?

That sounds about right. My brand new 2012 E300 gets to about 525F with all three burners on high, and I can't see the flames around the flavorizer bars

flames seem about right. grate temp will be hotter than the gauge.

Brain on my S300 525 is normal 600 is only on warm days if it goes hotter than that something is on fire, like dinner.
