The Wife said they were great and we need to have them more often, I have to agree.
 
Now that just looks terrible, ha ha. Heard lots about them, but cannot find them in Mississippi.

How long you cook and what temp?
 
just a heads up. these are cut on a bandsaw and tend to have very small bone chips on/in them. make sure you wash and rub them clean. yers look great and yes, they are a favorite in hawaii and we do them often.
