? 4 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
? 4 oz. Chorizo sausage (casing removed)
? 20 fresh Won Ton wraps.
? salt to taste
? 1 tablespoon Mexican pepper sauce
? Peanut oil
Brown Chorizo and drain. Mix Chorizo, salt, pepper sauce, and cream cheese thoroughly in a bowl. Place 1/2 tsp of cheese/Chorizo mixture in the center of a Won Ton wrap and fold into a triangle sealing the edges with a little water. Fry in hot peanut oil until brown on both sides.
