It's just a LITTLE over $100, but it's Cooks Illustrated's choice - Forschner Fibrox:

$129 for a set in a roll:

$149 in the block:

Don Marco was asking about knives as well. You'll see many outstanding reviews of these knives, plus the fact that Forschner seems to be the brand of choice in most meat markets. (Forschner-Victorinox is the company that makes the Swiss Army Knife.)

There's a decent set of stamped knives at Overstock.com I bought this set from Amazon a couple of years ago and have been well satisfied with them. Sam's had the same set in their stores for awhile. Tramontina isn't the best known brand, but their Professional series (forged) get good reviews and this stamped set is everything I need.

I forgot to mention, they're only $42.99 plus $2.95 shipping (the $2.95 ships your entire order, no matter how much you buy).

I have a set of the Tramontina Professional series forged knives. The ones at Sam's are stamped. I've never use their stamped knives, but I like the forged ones. They don't hold an edge for long, but they're easy to put an edge on with a steel. The Tramontina Professional series was the Best Buy choice of Consumer Reports a few years ago. I got mine on a major closeout at cooks.com several years ago for pennies on the dollar.
