I am making fauxstrami today and will be cooking at 225-250.
This is my first time making Keri's Hog Apple beans.
Can I just put the beans on at the 225-250 for about two hours instead of 350 for an hour?
Also, after mixing all the bean recipe ingredients together, the mixture looks a bit dry.
I am assuming a lot of liquid will be released during the cooking process?
