Cook two slices of bacon, one large onion and three cloves of garlic. Add 1 lb. frozen collard and 1 lb. frozen turnip greens. Add 3-4 cups water. Season with 1 1/2 teaspoons of chicken bouillon and 1 1/2 teaspoons of beef base. Fresh ground black pepper. Cook 45 minutes or so.
