Beef Macaroni...feed the hungry

Church Casserole for the hungry:

1 lb. macaroni, 2 lbs. ground beef, 1 green pepper, 1 onion, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup cheddar cheese, s&p.
Brown beef. Cook macaroni. Saute onion and green pepper. Combine all ingredients in a large foil pan. Bake at 350 to heat through.
My adjustments include the any or all of the following: a clove or two of garlic, 1/3 cup romano cheese, a pinch or two of italian seasoning and milk to add needed liquid.

Not elegant but feeds the bellies of the hungry and the souls of the cook.
