    Some fun with pizza dough. The sauce Filling: sharp aged cheese/smoked and cured loin & some fancy canned shrooms. Here is some variations The calzones did leak abit,but the rest turned out great. Mini Pizzas was eaten by the kids faster then i could get out the camera.
