Just curious as to who prefers spatchcocked (butterflied) chicken or beer can chicken. I prefer the spatchcocked chicken over beer can chicken as I feel it cooks with better flavor.

I am going to try and grill some beef liver today. Never tried it before. Planning on just light coat of oil and seasoning with garlic, S&P, and grilling it

I have a Weber Kettle which I mainly use for grilling. Actually started learning indirect/smoking using it too. I also finally bought a Stumps Baby for smoking. Use the kettle and smokerat least 3 times a week.
