Hey Dave just checking to see if your new restaurant in Holt is open yet. Its only about an 1hr and 1/2 away from us ,were planning on making a trip north. I'm also going to get a copy of the BBQ book sounds likes lots of info there ......
Been hanging around here for a while so I logged on. I have Weber gassers and charcoal cookers. This is a great site with a ton of info. I've done some rib comps and done good. Do some backyard BBQ mostly now. I go by Big Bears BBQ.
