    So Saturday I am using this new set-up for the first time, cooking 4 pork butts. Any recommendations? Curious as to how to set up the charcoal bowl. I'm thinking about a horseshoe shape with the billows blowing on the open end. Any hints/thoughts/experiences appreciated.

    Billows WSM set up

    So which vent, and which vent hole do I put the Billows in? I have seen a set up with the Billows directly below the door. Is that correct? And should the top vent be opposite that?

    Proper Set Up of WSM

    While I am not a new WSM user, I have long had this question in my mind whenever I use mine. What is the proper positioning of the bottom unit, the access door, and the lid vent in relation to each other? Or does it really matter. My typical set up is one leg facing front, access door...
