    Best of the West lump

    Bought it at Sam's Club in the 40lb bag. I recommend everyone stay away from this lump. Not sure if I just got a bad bag or what, but this stuff is giving off a very strong fuel odor until fully lit (I mean completely burning). I do not use lighter fluid at all, so I know it's not coming...

    Chuck Roll ?

    Thanks to this site I am now in posession of a 16.5lb chuck roll (Sam's $1.92/lb). Mine has a end that tapers down and gets skinny, about a 4"x4" piece. I was wondering if I should trim that off and use it for other things or foil it and let it go? It will definitely burn if it's not foiled...

    Frozen Turkey Freshness ??

    I purchased an extra turkey for T-day last November. It's been in the freezer in the original shrink type wrap ever since. The tag on it is dated 10/20. What is your opinion, should I try to smoke it, throw it away or try to give it to someone with dogs??
