    Smoking cheese is best done when outside temps are cool or cold. If the cooker temp gets above 90 or so the cheese will start to sweat (melt). Tough to do in the summer.     Home Depot

    Checked HD by me today and they had Hickory, Mesquite, Apple and Cherry. 5 lb bags for $6 and change. Nice looking chunks but I figured I'd only get about 3 or 4 cooks out of it. Nice to see the apple and cherry though. That's new around here. Thanks for the heads up!

    I enjoy drinking a nice fresh glass of Hoptical Illusion, Summer Ale or any one of the other fine beers I can pour from my reusable glass growler filled Here. A fine brewery located just half a mile from my home. And yes, I do take advantage of it!
