Won a turkey in our annual golf club Turkey Shoot before Thanksgiving, but since I smoked pork instead of a turkey at Thanksgiving, it didn't go onto the grill until yesterday. Here it is rubbed with KS&P and garlic herb with aromatics stuffed inside (onion, lime, rosemary, I forget what else)...

I missed your earlier post. I guess that was when I was on my [ahem] sabbatical. But I went back and studied it. I love this one and the other! I have 2 small shoulders for Christmas, and now I'm thinking I should do them pepper stout style! Just beautiful Mike--really!
