    My Copper Turd Mods

Been a while. Recently picked up the basic KettlePizza to try making pizza outside instead of in the oven. I modified the hinged grate slightly to be able to load wood chunks when needed and wanted to share. Works well with the Dough-Joe 15x15 1/4in steel we were already using in the oven.

Mine wasn't in bad condition from the start, so that helped. I used a cleaner/degreaser and scrubbed really well. Then I hit it with compound pad on the end of a drill.

Thank you, Sam! I really appreciate that. Been shooting as a hobby for some time and don't get to do it as much lately other than photos for a local brewery in town.

    Drewski's Redhead Resto

Was finally able break out the camera and get a few photos of my completed restoration. Thank you Bruce for sending me the last piece I was missing to get her ready to go. I only have photos of the outside as the inside is nothing special to look at and only did a good cleaning. Plan on...

    My Copper Turd Mods

New mahogany grill handles arrived today. Couldn't be happier with how they look on the copper turd. I have some steel wool that came in to get those stubborn stains I couldn't get in the last clean.

Was able to work on the Weber this weekend and should be about to fire her up tomorrow. Everything is painted and mostly back together, just want to finish a few small things before I take more photos of it fully assembled. I was also able to get the high heat clear on the Weber emblem and man...

Looks beautiful man!! Finishing the final pieces to hopefully start putting mine back together again. Not as extreme as yours, but I'm happy with it.

Kosmos does pork butt on Kettle

The pork butt I picked up yesterday was butchered pretty badly and may butterfly it when I smoke it tomorrow. Always down to try something new and also plan on making tacos and pulled pork sandwiches.

Not a Weber Pellet Grill but looking for advice

I just picked up a Camp Chef 24 ZG model from Dick's Sporting Goods. I had been looking for some time for one and almost pulled the trigger on the Pro Series 34 Traeger, but didn't want to spend that much or need one that size. I wanted something I could move around easily and could still fit...

Prepped the end caps for paint today and will get the firebox ready tomorrow. If the weather is decent, hopefully I'll get to lay the paint down. Tank cover came in today as well.
