A lot of times with third part sellers they will jack the price way up when out of stock. Then lower to normal when available. It's very common practice. I believe it has something to do with relist fees and avoidance.
You'll see it on Wal-Mart, Amazon, and especially Ebay.
This is the one I've been using for years for anything beef. I do often leave out the hot sauce in favor of a dried chile or two depending on what I have around.

I've been using Umai for a few years now. When weight has been met remove from Umai bag and vacseal in foodsaver for a few weeks. I will redistribute the remaining moisture and you will lose that case hardened exterior

For some reason I misplaced the spit rod for my 22" kettle rotisserie. Weber does not sell seperate so I'm stuck at the moment. Anyone have any ideas where I can find one to replace?
Can anyone with one please measure the length for me? I've found some various "universal" rods but I'm not sure...
