Hey all, I have the class 22.5" Kettle Grill but dumping the coals is a PITA. Could I just buy this KETTLE PREMIUM charcoal catcher and add it to my grill? I've never seen the bottom of the PREMIUM's so I don't know how the opening mechanism is.

Great idea. That is my biggest regret going with the 18" smoker. I really can't fit full slabs in it. I've resorted to just using my Kettle in a similar fashion. I don't like my baby backs toooooooo tender anyway.

Add me to the list of those that Cooks on the grills 3+ times a week. I will take advantage of the KBlue deals every chance I get. 2 bags for 7.98 you can't beat. I also use it heavily with the WSM as my 18.5" will hold an awesome temp for long periods of time with it. Very consistent.

Yup, bought it brand new and packaging didn't seem tampered with. I may need to look at others to see if its the tabs that hold the charcoal grate. Maybe they just need to be bent up a little.

Not sure if this is normal but my new 22" Kettle charcoal grates keep falling off the tabs. I have to balance it almost perfectly. Even then that doesn't work because as soon as I pour the charcoal from chimney starter it falls. The Kettle is nice and round because the lid fits perfectly...

What I'm really trying to get is the 3 piece weber utensil set. I believe on Target here had them for 20.00 Not sure what original price was.
