Haven’t posted anything in a while but been have watching all the great cooks. Ribs in a hour sure beats waiting half a day. Crispy on the outside juicy and tender on the inside.

Grilled up a few lobster tails. These were huge. Some melted butter and a few beers made for a great evening.

Burgers ready for some heat. Peppered bacon with the burgers. Getting happy with Penzey's seasoned pepper and sea salt sprinkled on. Almost their. Oh Yea. Almost didn't get a picture as they didn't last long.
