    Week ago I wrapped a Butt I had smoked in Food Service film and put it in the freezer. Tonight I removed the film and wrapped in foil and put it in the oven at 225. Came out suprisingly good. ???? If I had left it in the film and put it in the oven at 225, would it still have been OK?
