what are some accessories that are "must haves" for gas grills?

precisely what I thought as well. I can use the tanks for the Q300's we use for tailgating or for the Flame I tend to keep out year round. It was a win-win for sure!

just got home from Ace Hardware with the new one - it works exactly as it should. It's Weber Part # 7627 for Genesis Grills 2011 and newer.

the plastic connection to the propane tank on the regulator for my Weber Flame broke though it must be compatible with one from a grill. I called Weber and they weren't of any assistance as the item has been discontinued for years and they have no replacement parts. Anyone have suggestions?

At the Home Depot by my house in Houston the 2pack is $14.99 - the have some Embers 2/pack for $9.99 though not Kingsford.

Pat have you notice both Craigslist and OfferUp are flooded with those grills?

I can't seem to find the top cooking grate for my 18.5. I've searched the Weber site and can't find a replacement there. Any suggestions?

I have tried to buy this grill for 3 days, multiple emails and text - no replies.

Prime Rib at tailgate was a huge success - much better than the Texans performance on the field. I'll figure out a way to add pictures.

Seems the best course of action would be to cook it on Sunday to rare then place in the Q in a roasting pan just to bring it up to around 135 to 145 degrees. I do have a meat thermometer to use which should really help out a lot. Admittedly I am a bit nervous as this is the most ambitious...

We have a 3:30 kickoff on Christmas Day and I'll be serving Prime Rib at the tailgate. My question is should I cook the prime rib on Sunday then just reheat on the Q300 at tailgate or should I cook the 12lb roast on the Q at the tailgate? I've never cooked prime rib on a Q so am I little...

I've got CL alerts setup so when I got the alert I immediately text him. When I picked it up he said he'd had many inquiries.

Did an thorough inspection of the grill this morning and there is no evidence of it ever being used. The propane ignition is installed though never been connected and the plug on the propane tank connector is still intact. Not even dust in the bowl - perhaps my best CL score this year.
