    Whats the best thing you learned in 2009?

    After many years of trial and error, I have finally figured out how to cook ribs that are not tough or chewy or not over cooked. All thanks to my WSM and this website.

    wsm shortcoming

    George, I recall a thread a while back about making a base out of a satellite dish that looked pretty functional. You may be able to mount the casters a little further toward the center so it doesn't raise the WSM too much.
