Guys I finally found some decent looking plate short ribs. Problem is that are Single bone approx. 7" long. Any Suggestions for smoking the Single Rib vs. 3 or 4 bone short ribs as in the recipe here on cooking topics.

Has anyone ever used a Buttermilk or Milk based marinade on pork or wild boar / pig? Cooking Half of a small Wild Hog for the 4th. I read somewhere (can find it now)that Buttermilk with a little lemon juice marinade works well.
