    Just a couple racks with pics

    Pork Butt.... Is over 250 degrees bad?

    I've seen in the logs on the Mr Brown cooking section that there were temps over 250. Is that too hot? Mine is only 3 hours in and it's been hovering around 250 for about an hour.
