    So I have never used Penzeys but am tired of reading about how good of a product they put out. Which ones are most popular or are the favorites of you guys and gals? I eat it all, seafood, chicken, beef, and veggies. Like some heat but not too much. Suggestions? Thanks folks!

    Thanks....I did read that and did weight it down with the 1g zip lock bag however I did not pat them dry with paper towels which I would imagine could have made all teh differance...Thanks again.
