I don't see a propane regulator hanging down, I wonder if its NG. that would make more sense for a stand alone grill like this. You mount it permanently as you're not going to be moving it around much if its NG.

Probably over a thousand cooks and 25 years of service and only one set of cooking grates and one set of flavorizer bars and the ever popular ignitor replaced, on my 1998 gen 2000 and it still cooks like new, tells me all I need to know about the quality of the older Weber's.

Same here had to give up my flip phone so I thought I would upgrade to a smart phone, bad idea the thing is more of a PITA than I want. Really all I want is a phone. Plus, it's a pain to carry around way too big to be easy to carry.

I'm in AZ, but all I have is a 1985 gen 2 that needs a restoration. It's in good shape all original except for the wood with a light brown colored lid. I just don't have the energy or time to do it. Would love to find a good home for this first gen grill.
