Came out perfect. Probe tender at 200. Aftermath... Two 8 year old girls can eat a lot of ribs...

Thanks Jim - Long time smoker first time poster/smoke day. Wings were smoking on the Weber Summit figured I’d keep the pics to the WSM for smoke day...and I might have had a few beers by then and forgot to take a pic.

Ribs are from Snake River Farms. Expensive but delicious. Pulled at 200 internal temp. Went central Texas with just salt and black pepper.

We got a first timer here. Short ribs and wings on the grill. Beautiful day in Greensboro,NC!
