    In less than 7̶2̶ ̶4̶9̶ 26 hours!

Be careful of too many things. A couple of times we put out a big munchie/appetizer spread and few wanted to eat the main course. Veggie plater or maybe jalapeño poppers would get it all going.

    What is your limit?

Like DanHoo said. Temps here in Sonoma county allow for 365 grilling with, at the very most, a sweatshirt!

Should I add a gas grill to my fleet?

I have a SE-335 Genesis II and an E6. I agree with Bret that the extra few minutes to get coals going is a good thing. We originally got the gasser to be able to grill on CAs spare the air days but we now use it for a change from charcoal. The wife likes food cooked on the gasser so it gets more...

Churn up some vanilla ice cream and use chocolate chip cookies to make ice cream sandwiches. Wha time do you ring the food bell? Hehe

Smokey Joe Where Are You Made?

As I understand it, all Weber grills are USA made. The caveat is many parts are sourced overseas.

    My first post

I refurbed my KA 600 and my daughter is using it now. Must be 10 years old. My KSM90 is over 25 years old (Hobart made). Use it a lot more due to being empty nesters (whoo hoo). Couple of years ago I bought a KSM7586 7 quart pro series stand mixer. I use it mostly for bread dough. Looked into a...

Anyone bought a gas range lately?

I have a DACOR. BEST range I’ve ever used. My daughter has my original DACOR dual fuel range and it stills works perfectly at 22 years old. Dacor was bought by Samsung so I’m not sure what my next range will be. Most likely will be induction. Sorry bout the photo quality.

    Bison Tri-Tip

I agree with LMichaels. I use SPG, cook at 200 to 225 until IT reaches 130. Rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile get your coals real hot. Reverse sear the meat. Serve.

    Cast iron skillet recommendations

I’ll stay with my Lodge CI. Some pieces I’ve had for over 30 years. I have both smooth and pebbled. I really do not see any difference in how they cook and clean. With as good as my Lodge has performed over the years, I just can’t see spend hundreds smooth bottom ”higher” end CI. As I get older...
