So, I plan on releasing all the design files for the Adapt-a-Damper, so members can re-design as needed. My question is, what formats would you like me to post? I have a pro license for Fusion360, so no worries on the recent restrictions on the free license.
The cross braces are a little long, as they were designed for the old style case. You can shorten them up by scaling the appropriate axis in your slicer, though.
AS always, if I'm not cooking, I'm listening to music. I used to play A LOT as a drummer and singer. Here's a bad rendition of a Jaj Mahal song from an old band I was in. Not the best recording, but we had fun. Me singing and drumming.
BBQ Blues!
Nope. Not the same form factor. MG90S servos are a different physical size then SG90 (primarily on how they mount into a fixture such as a Damper). They are not directly swappable.
Think he's questioning MG90S servos. SG90s are a different beast. All seem to work even the cheap imitations, but not in the case of the MG90S servos and counterfeits.
Smoking a couple of small Pork Butts on the mini gravity feed. Really windy the 1st part of the day, thus the 3 degree swings. Want to clean the smoker, so I'll let it continue after I pull the butts.

Never had any issues. I've had my homemade thermocouples out in the weather for a year now, and I live in Montana. Snow, snow, snow, and straight hot sunshine in the summer. No worries.
8 LB. Picnic on my mini gravity feed. 15 CFM Adapt-a-Damper, fan only, Damper closed ~75%, with stock PIDs. Regular Adapt-a-Damper or RD3 would probably do the same.

And what goes better with BBQ than some good ole' Blues!
I've actually been thinking about this for a while, and thought of maybe designing a membrane for the buttons, and printed from flexible filament. It could be mounted and sealed through the back of the case.
That's a great idea for this design. This is the main reason, however, that I created a version where the top and bottom thread together. This is for the MG90S servo version, and still need to update the SG90 version as such.
