    Well this was the last of the Pulled Pork Made Tostados, Nachos, & Enchiladas Made a Roux then an Enchilada Sauce Dipped each Corn Tortilla in the Sauce & filled with Pulled Pork & Cheese.     Ginger & I don’t get out much!! We decided to attend the 52nd Hot Air Balloon Festival in Albuquerque New Mexico!! Wow! What an Experience!
