    Purple power. You can purchase it at any automotive store. It's not going to make it look brand new. Grease from fat is pretty nasty stuff. Take it to a self carwash. squirt it down and let it sit for just a moment. Take the power sprayer and crush it. That's about as clean as it's going to get

    Well done Enrico! White oak always has heavy,thick, smoke. IMO I would cut down to two logs of oak and add another mellow wood like beech. Your bark and color looked amazing.

    This! you can even make a nice brown sugar glaze for it. There are recipes everywhere out there for it. Just don't burn the glaze. It will wreck your day.

    Don't most people just add the wood to the fermenting process? I would think you would half to cold smoke it to avoid evaporation. Maybe an A-MAZE-N pellet rig would work. Im sure you would half to filter it once you done. Sounds fun. Let us know how it works out

    You get an ATTA BOY! For creativity and setting up shop right on the road to taunt all the neighbors. Grilled pineapple is one of my favorites. I bet it was work to build that. What the heck would you call ribs stuffed in pineapple and wrapped in bacon? I see a good contest Chris!

    Well, my whole smoke day got changed. Any who it was a blast! A buddy of mine who's been learning his culinary craft traveling the world was back in town.
