Just a weeknight bird. I was going to make it yesterday, but unforeseen circumstances intervened. Marinated for about a day in the chicken marinade from my original Mastertouch recipe booklet, cooked indirect for most of the time on the 26'er, then direct to finish. Plated up with oven roasted brussels. Yummy stuff!

I love grilled chicken.....easy, a pallette for many flavors, and just satisfies.

Great color on the bird, Rich. But the roasted brussels are the star of the show in my opinion. Perfect match for a fantastic weeknight meal.

Great looking yard bird Rich. Barb and I eat a lot of chicken, there are so many things you can do with it.
