Sounds like a no brainer, 14.5" will be added into my arsenal next weekend. Cheers

    Stupid ? re 27" Weber

When I need to fill the entire charcoal grate: I use 2 weber chimneys with the bottom grate in the chimney flipped upside down (point or cone is pointing down). This allows for more capacity in the chimney's. Problem solved...if my explanation makes sense!

    2nd WSM - 18.5" or 14"?

I'm in the same boat. I have a 22" and love it but looking for something smaller when I'm cooking for 2-4 ppl. In Canada the 14" is $249 but I can also find used 18's occasionally for $200. Tough decision

    Temp control 18.5 vs 22.5

I have a 22" and have only ever used the 18" charcoal ring. The 22" ring just seems huge and uses way too much charcoal IMO

    Weber Family Portraits

That's a sweet grill! I'm partial to blue grills and I really like the Corona logo.

What was your best kettle accessory purchase?

Nice purchase! I have the table too and it's extremely handy especially at the cottage or while tailgating. It can be used with the 22.5" and the 18.5" grills. You should attach the table to the front leg, that way you can roll the kettle & table at the same time.

Nice review, I'm thinking of picking one up this summer. Leaning towards the smaller fan too.

    Auber vs. iQue

Hey Dru, I would like to hear a review once you've used the Auber a few times. Interested in picking one up this summer.

    New 22.5" WSM

Hi Gary. I cooked a package of bacon in it to get an early start on seasoning it when I first picked it up. Since then I have used it twice for ribs. Both times it ran a little hot but the 2nd rib cook was much better than the 1st one. I think I should have the temps dialed in no problem...

    New Spirit e310

I don't believe you need to season anything, just turn it on and cook away. Enjoy!
