Several Targets in the Houston area have Weber charcoal in inventory when looking online. However, I can say for certain as of about 11:30am today the location on east beltway 8 neat Fairmont Parkway has about 12 bags left for $5.95 each. She's nearly as excited as I am about Weber Charcoal!

Awesome turn out with those ribs! The only way to achieve bark like that is to wrap the water pan and leave out the water or leave the water pan out all together.
