Well I'm lucky I guess, I have zero issues with my new EX6.
The only thing I"ve noted is that the actual temperature on the cooking surface is below what the controller states. I know what it is and the temperature across the grill is very uniform. It is nice weather, not cold here in Idaho...
All I can say is mine works flawlessly. Turned it on, updated software or whatever and boom, I'm grilling what I want.
Quality to me is Weber standard.
I have a Genesis 2000 grill (propane) that I would LOVE to have a side burner for. I've been scouring the market around here and haven't come up with anything yet. I'm wondering if any of you folks have experience with this? I'm wondering if I can retrofit something else? I can find plenty of...
Well my 9890 rotisserie finally arrived today!
I snagged a new in box one for $40 with free shipping.
I decided since Tim set me up with a nice 9891 basket I wanted the skewer also instead of just the motor and mount. I'm thinking I want the skewer for a thanksgiving turkey.
Ooooo, I'm...
I've got one here in Boise that I've traded in for thirty years, I can find almost any oddball thingy there. I haven't been in the basement for twenty years but I'd bet they have some undiscovered stock hiding.
I am also surrounded by dozens of farming communities that I visit regularly for...
Well as Tim has pointed out he set me up with the rotisserie basket I needed but now I'm having trouble zeroing in on the motor and bracket.
There's just too many choices! I can't find any literature to give me a Weber part number, could someone point me in the right direction please?
I have a...
My experience with plastic is that you can finish (sand) it to a new looking condition, this would involve a lot of different grits of sandpaper and liberal elbow grease.
Another option to consider would be the stuff on tv that you can restore the finish on your car bumper with.
One other idea...
As the title states I am in need of a motor and mounting bracket for a Redhead 1000 rotisserie.
I know they are available online, just wondering if someone needs to clear out some space.
One other question if I may, where is a good source for the rotisserie motor and mount?
I have the basket and handles and clamps.
I see the motor is available several places but which is the correct mount?
So it looks like I have the rotisserie itself located, what are the part numbers for the motor and bracket? If you have an e trap one taking up space I'll help you out, let me know.
Not looking for a freebie, hope it didn't sound that way.
