Have 2009 - 26” Kettle. Two places inside the bowl is protruding where legs are supported. Hard to measure. Worst spot protrudes approx. 1/8” to 3/16”. Ash sweeper rises up as it goes over protrusion. Now sweeper bent up & don’t seal. Any suggestions. If I grind it down I think it would...

Do the 22 still have leaking top side door & barrel to base? Seams to me the whole problem is the door is way too big for that thin of material. Smaller door may fix both problems. I sure Weber had already tried that…..,don’t know

I just put charcoal in the basket, light center of coals w/ small hand propane torch. Takes 2-3 minutes w/ torch. Let burn 3 ish minutes, put together, turn Guru on & walkway.
