Saw Sandra Lee, queen of Semi-Homemade, cook them under a broiler and I knew it would work on the Q100...
Needed:
Artichoke hearts, jar or jars, marinated & quartered ;
Bacon, thin sliced, 1/2 piece per quartered heart (see below);
Toothpicks.
Process:
Drain hearts, retaining liquid. Count quartered hearts and cut enough bacon in half. Wrap each heart with 1/2 slice bacon and skewer with toothpick. Brush with marinade, if desired. Preheat grill and turn to low to prevent flairups. Grill until bacon is cooked, turning every few minutes to reduce charring. Can be served hot or room temp.
