Crock-Pot Sausage

1 16 oz. Hilshire Farms Polska Kielbasa (the pork one, not "light" or "reduced fat")
1 lb. brown sugar

Slice the sausage and put in crock pot. Add brown sugar and turn it on. Stir occasionally. The heat will melt the brown sugar and the pork fat will mix with that to make one of the most delicious appetizers you have ever had. When all the brown sugar has dissolved and is no longer gritty, it's done. Takes about 2 hours. Obviously, you can double or triple the recipe, depending on the size of the crock pot you have.

You can also hurry it up a little by putting the mix into the oven at 350 until the sugar liquifies, then place in the crock pot.
