Brinkman water pan

Ordered mine last week, and got it today. Low and behold, it does not even come close to fitting. Might bass pro shops sent me the wrong one? Could I have ordered the wrong Brinkman Water pan?
 
The Brinkmann water pan (as used in the ECB) is too small. What you want is the ECB's charcoal pan. (This is sometimes confusing because there is a Brinkmann model - the Gourmet - that is bigger than the $30 ECB and uses the larger pan as its water pan).
 
SO what exactly am I to order? I wonder if Bass Pro will take this back, as I have no use for it. What is ECB?

The link shows what you should order. "ECB" is "El Cheapo Brinkmann", a nickname for the very cheapest Brinkmann water smoker, which sells for about $30, has no way to control the temperature, and was the first exposure to bbq cooking for a lot of us.
 
Glad to help. You can always water your dogs with the smaller pan.
