The girlfriend wanted veggies for dinner, no meat, and since I can't live that way I decided to grill some Salmon with my veggies. Here we go...

Plated pic, the flat bread is just pita bread from Costco that I grill and add a bit of butter and garlic powder too- easy and yummy!

Looks great Weston. Did you use some smoke on the salmon? I didn't realize you could catch salmon in Salt Lake but that looks like a good one.
 
Thank you Bob, and no I didn't use any smoke, just direct heat on the Genesis. Haha- yeah you can "catch" great fish at the Costco in Salt Lake!
